Donald Trump is running for president for the third time.

Former President Donald Trump announced he's making a third bid for the White House last night. "America’s comeback starts right now," Trump, who was impeached twice and whose lies about the 2020 election sparked an insurrection at the Capitol, told supporters at Mar-a-Lago. Trump's daughter and former White House adviser, Ivanka Trump, did not attend his speech on Tuesday night, and later shared on Instagram she does not plan to be involved in her father's campaign. "While I will always love and support my father, going forward I will do so outside the political arena," she said. Read more about Trump's announcement here.

A mom and her daughter shared the panic they felt during an all-night lockdown after the shooting at UVa.

UVa student Joely Donovan was returning to her sorority house from dinner on Sunday when she began getting alerts about an active shooter on campus. She and her sorority sisters quickly locked their doors, turned off all the lights and barricaded themselves in a room. Then she started texting her parents, who live in Florida. Joely and her mom, Lisa, spoke to us about the harrowing hours that followed, as the campus went into lockdown and Lisa and her husband sought to comfort their daughter some 800 miles away. "The biggest thing was just not knowing what was going on," Joely said. Read their story here. 

Taylor Swift fans crashed Ticketmaster trying to buy tickets for her new tour. (And they’re pretty angry about it.)

Millions of Taylor Swift fans who attempted to buy pre-sale tickets for the singer's "Eras" tour yesterday crashed Ticketmaster and wrecked their own schedules as they waited in online queues for hours. Swifties who couldn't snag tickets raged at the site on social media, and Rep. Alexandria Oscasio-Cortez tweeted the service was "a monopoly" that should be broken up. Ticketmaster pushed back sales for Swift's West Coast dates and rescheduled other pre-sales due to the "historically unprecedented demand." Despite the snags, Ticketmaster said hundreds of thousands of tickets had already been sold as of yesterday afternoon.

Since last year, doctors have been required to share their notes from visits, including their written observations about their patients. As more patients are reading these reports, some are surprised and amused by what their doctors have been jotting down. Doctors, meanwhile, are trying to use less jargon. Dr. Sterling Ransone Jr., a family physician in Virginia, told us he has stopped writing the abbreviations “SOB” (shortness of breath) or “FU” (follow up) on his reports. Here's a guide to deciphering your doctor’s notes, and why you might actually want to be described as “unremarkable” or “normal-looking.”

A common kitchen question has ignited social media: When cooking raw meat, do you use the same spoon the whole time, or switch it out for a clean one? A TikTok video on the topic has nearly 4 million views, and opinions vary. Some swear using the same spoon is OK, while others say they wash it halfway through, or use a new spoon once the meat browns. So, should you wash the spoon? Yes, you should, experts say. “I know that it sounds annoying, but the concern is that when you’re using that spoon to touch the raw meat, you’re contaminating it." It seems Dylan Dreyer’s son Ollie may have picked up a little Boston accent from his grandparents hailing from the Northeast. In a cute video Dylan shared, Ollie holds up a marker and says, “I wanna coh-lah.” Dylan asks him to repeat the word. “Coh-lah!” he cries, as if he sleeps in little Bobby Orr-themed PJs. “COL-OR,” Dylan tells him, leaning hard on the R.
