Motivation often seems elusive. It's so easy to lose your mojo when life events, deadlines and the dishes are looming — especially if it's dark, chilly, or you have aches and pains. The truth is that none of us feel motivated to keep up our health routines all the time! So, what can help us get motivated when we're not feeling frisky?

We did a poll in the Start TODAY Facebook Group, and it turns out that a lot of us are motivated by reading the posts of other people who are also not feeling motivated. That may seem surprising, but it makes sense. No one wants to feel like they're the only one who doesn't feel like walking today! The good news is that you're never alone in the ebb or flow of your motivation. The Facebook Group is a great place to commiserate. 

But, as much as we love to share our pains, we also love to share our wins in community. Ironically, according to our group poll, many of us also love to see that other people are full of energy when we aren't. We can inspire each other! So, whether you're feeling full of va-va-voom or a little lackluster today, tell us about it in the group so we can feel it with you!
