A Princeton University student who vanished 7 days ago has been found dead, officials said.

The body of missing Princeton student Misrach Ewunetie, 20, was discovered behind the university's tennis courts by an employee yesterday, the Mercer County Prosecutor's Office said. The cause of death is being determined, but prosecutor Angelo J. Onofri said "there were no obvious signs of injury and her death does not appear suspicious or criminal in nature." Ewunetie had not been seen since Oct. 14 and had last been in contact with her family a day earlier before her phone was shut off, her brother told NBC News. 

🏥 A children's hospital is considering asking the National Guard for help after facing its worst surge of kids with respiratory viruses in 25 years.

Connecticut Children's Medical Center is so flooded with cases of respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), a common respiratory virus, that the staff is considering using temporary units on the hospital lawn and discussing plans to use the National Guard to assist. “I’ve been doing this for 25 years (and) in practice for over 30 years. … I’ve never seen this level of rapid transmission and the need for hospitalization in kids," Dr. Juan Salazar, executive vice president and physician-in-chief at Connecticut Children’s, told TODAY. It's part of an alarming surge across the country in respiratory illnesses in children in recent weeks. A California woman who told her ophthalmologist that she felt like there was "something in her eye" actually had 23 daily disposable contact lenses stuck under her eyelid, Dr. Katerina Kurteeva tells us. The patient, who is in her 70s, has been wearing contacts for 30 years. “I was like, 'This is kind of crazy. I’ve never seen this before,'” Kurteeva told us. “All the contacts were hidden underneath the upper lid in a pancake stack, so to speak.” So how is that possible? Here's how Dr. Kurteeva explains it, as well as the delicate steps she took to get them out.

While fans of the Netflix hit about the British royal family await the premiere of the new season on Nov. 9, some prominent critics have taken aim at this season's plot involving Princess Diana, then-Prince Charles and the late Queen Elizabeth II. “The closer the drama comes to our present times, the more freely it seems willing to blur the lines between historical accuracy and crude sensationalism,” Dame Judi Dench wrote in an open letter to The Sunday Times. When Colorado mom Lauren Meehan told the staff at a Denver hospital what she planned to name her newborn twins, the two nurses caring for the baby girls couldn't have agreed more with her choices. "We told the room that we loved the names Emma and Julia," Lauren told us. "The room all broke out in laughter as the two nurses that would be taking care of my babies were both named Emma and Julia!" She added, "In all the chaos, we were able to stop for a second and enjoy that moment knowing that those names were meant to be."
