The lawyers for former President Donald Trump filed an emergency request yesterday asking the Supreme Court to allow the special master to review classified documents that federal agents seized from Trump's estate in Florida. Trump's legal team asked the court to vacate part of a ruling issued Sept. 21 by the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, which said the Justice Department could resume using classified documents taken from Mar-a-Lago in its criminal investigation. Trump would need five Supreme Court justices to agree with him to get the request approved. 

🎵 Country music icon Loretta Lynn has died at 90.

Loretta Lynn, the country music legend who had a string of hits in the '60s and '70s, including the classic "Coal Miner's Daughter," died at 90 at her home in Tennessee yesterday, according to her family. The pioneering star and Kentucky native sang about life and love as a woman in Appalachia, and she broke down barriers as the first woman to be named entertainer of the year by the Country Music Association and the Academy of Country Music. Lynn also won a pair of Grammys later in her career for her 2004 album "Van Lear Rose." She was portrayed by Sissy Spacek in the hit 1980 movie "Coal Miner's Daughter," which earned Spacek an Oscar. Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen have both hired divorce lawyers, signaling a possible end to their marriage. 

NBC News has confirmed reports that the the 7-time Super Bowl champion and the supermodel have hired divorce lawyers after being married since 2009 and having two children together. Last month, Bundchen expressed her concerns over Brady, 45, continuing to play football for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers after he retired but then changed his mind. “Obviously, I have my concerns — this is a very violent sport, and I have my children and I would like him to be more present,” she told Elle magazine last month.

Jessica Grib was 32 weeks pregnant with her second child when her blood pressure started rising, but she thought little of it.
