Princes William and Harry will walk together today with their father, King Charles III, as part of the procession following the queen's coffin from London's Buckingham Palace to Westminster Hall, where she will lie in state. Huge crowds are expected to greet the procession for Britain's longest-reigning monarch. The brothers will walk together 25 years after they did so as children in the procession for the death of their mother, Princess Diana. 

The Dow Jones tumbled more than 1,200 points after a key report showed inflation remained higher than expected.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 1,276 points yesterday for its worst day since June 2020 after a report that inflation rose 0.1% in August despite the drop in gas prices. Economists had been expecting a decline in inflation, not an increase. Overall consumer prices are up 8.3% compared to last year at this time, including a 15.8% increase in electricity costs and a 13.5% jump in grocery prices. Industry analysts estimate the average household is spending $460 more a month than a year ago. Here are some tips to help save money amid rising prices. 

'Abbott Elementary' creator Quinta Brunson takes Jimmy Kimmel's Emmys stunt in stride after he drew criticism for lying on the stage.

Quinta Brunson wasn't going to let Jimmy Kimmel's poorly received stunt during her win at the Emmy Awards get her down. Kimmel lay on the stage as part of a bit after losing the best variety show award, requiring Brunson to step over him on her way to the microphone. While some fans found it "highly disrespectful" and "incredibly rude," Brunson took it in stride; a photo later showed her jokingly covering Kimmel's face with her Emmy trophy. “I know Jimmy Kimmel, and I don’t know, I feel like the bit didn’t bother me that much," she said. Parents across the country are bursting with joy as they share footage of their young Black children reacting to seeing actor Halle Bailey as Ariel in trailers for Disney's live-action "The Little Mermaid," which comes out next year. One TikTok video shows Rylie, 2, and her sister McKenzie, 4, mesmerized as they see Bailey on the television. "My wife and I both had tears in our eyes," their father, William Fleming, told us. "There's no question our kids were looking at the TV and thinking, 'She looks like me.' Seeing diversity in Disney movies is so important. Representation matters — just look at my daughters' faces."
