Since March 2020, Outschool.org has made more than $1,000,000 worth of online classes available free of cost to families and communities in the U.S. who are facing financial hardship. With the help of Nightly News Kids’ Edition’s sponsor Walton Family Foundation, we were introduced to parents like Tika Clarke, who homeschools her children and credits Outschool for providing exceptional classes and the structure and socialization she believes her 6 year old son needs as he grows older.
