⚖️ A draft Supreme Court opinion indicates Roe v. Wade will be overturned, Politico reports.

Politico published what it said was a draft opinion indicating the abortion rights enshrined in the landmark Roe v. Wade ruling would be overturned in a pending Supreme Court case later this year. NBC News has not been able to independently verify the authenticity of what would be an unprecedented leak in modern times, and the Supreme Court declined to comment. The final opinion is expected in late June or early July, so it's possible the justices’ final vote and decision may change. Protesters gathered outside the Supreme Court after the release of the report.

Naomi Judd's death puts a spotlight on the unique mental health challenges older adults face.

While no official cause of death has been released, the daughters of Naomi Judd attributed the death of the country music star at 76 to "the disease of mental illness." Judd had been open about her experiences with mental health issues like depression and suicidal ideation, and her death was a reminder that older adults may face uniquely high risks for developing mental illness.
