The suspect in the NYC subway shooting is arrested after a nearly 30-hour manhunt. 

Frank R. James, 62, was apprehended by the NYPD on Wednesday after being named as a suspect in the Brooklyn subway rampage in which at least 10 people were shot and 13 others injured on Tuesday morning. A call alerting officers to James' location is believed to have come from the gunman himself, police sources told NBC News.
