Many Americans may find their bodies flabbier and less healthy when they finally emerge from the Great Quarantine of 2020. Comfort food is so tempting during the coronavirus crisis as people stay at home — bored, anxious and stressed — and seek relief by eating all day.

To stay on the nutritional track during this time, create structure by setting a time for eating breakfast, lunch and dinner. Limit any mindless snacking in between. If you must snack, don’t eat out of the bag, but measure how much you want to eat and put the portion on a plate.
