At the end of January, Savannah Guthrie accepted a 30-day yoga challenge with her TODAY colleagues. "We promised ourselves and each other that we would do yoga every single day, rain or shine, tired or dragging, at home or on the road, happy or sad," said Savannah. She stuck to it – even while on the campaign trail – and by the end of the month, she could do a Wheel Pose again.
