Sometimes, fitting in a workout can make your day feel more hectic. But, it doesn’t have to be that way! You can make the most of workout time by using it to take a break from outside pressures with a calm-inspiring yoga routine. Yoga expert Adriene Mishler designed a 30-day challenge to help you ease into doing yoga daily and stretch your skills more as you go.

“I try to create a series where you can show up as you are, and even if you just breathe on the mat that’s enough,” she told TODAY.

Watch her demonstrate the techniques to get you started and build up over time, as well as her tips for keeping calm to set a good tone for your day.
