Mat Fraser, who has claimed the World’s Fittest Man title at the CrossFit Games for his fourth consecutive year, recently stopped by the TODAY plaza to discuss his lifestyle and share tips on staying fit all year round.

His favorite go-to exercise for overall conditioning involves a popular cardio machine you’ll find at your gym. He also loves toning his body with a simple move incorporating dumbbells and he likes to finish his workout with an exercise that will get you out of breath fast.
