At 100 years old, Henry Danton has a healthy body and mind, lives on his own, loves his smartphone, hasn’t been to the doctor in 10 years, continues to work and still travels the world.
The former ballet dancer credits daily exercise as one of the main factors for his longevity. “I really, absolutely believe exercise is the answer to everything,” he told TODAY. "You’ve been given this wonderful instrument, you have to look after it.” Besides dancing, Danton loves to swim and devotes time to stretching every morning.

Even when we know people’s names, why do we go for days without using them? By using someone’s name, you help them feel seen and acknowledged — and that’s an act of kindness. According to kindness.org’s research in collaboration with the University of Oxford, doing a kind act increases happiness, well-being, trust and compassion. And it can have the same powerful effect on those who receive the act. Try it, and put a smile on both your faces. |

Having trouble sliding into those skinny jeans despite your daily workout? Many exercise routines simply don't include the key moves you need to truly target the often-troublesome area of the inner thighs. Fortunately, slimmer legs can be yours with a targeted routine.
A curtsy lunge can be particularly effective. Perform a lunge, but instead of stepping straight back, step your leg backwards at an angle. Bend your knee so it nearly touches the ground. Alternate sides for 20 repetitions.
Follow the link for two more key moves to specifically target your thighs! |
