Stress and the heart don’t mix well, so how do cardiologists keep their own hearts healthy?

For Dr. Sandeep Jauhar, director of the Heart Failure Program at Long Island Jewish Medical Center, it’s a daily 15-minute interval training workout on a treadmill.
