One of our family's all-time favorite dishes when eating out is Milanese, but we make it at home, too! It's simple and a crowd-pleaser for any kind of eater.
Technique tip: Be sure to pound the chicken to a uniform thickness so that it cooks evenly.
Swap option: You can apply this same breading method to pork, veal or eggplant. Gluten-free breadcrumbs can easily be used as well.
