submitted byAmanda - 4 days agoA: We have reverted away from ethanoic acid in our formula. Thank you for your patience as we work through our packaging transition.

Q: Why does it smell like pool chlorine
A: Thanks for reaching out. Due to the nature of the hypochlorous raw material processing, this aroma is absolutely normal, but will not affect performance. We hope this helps.

Q: Has this been reformulated again? Muriatic acid is listed in the ingredients now! Should I be concerned about putting muriatic acid on my face?!
A: Our apologies for the confusion. Based on customer responses, we reverted back to our original formula but with an enhanced addition. The concentration of muriatic acid is very small and diluted in this solution to provide a longer shelf life and period of use after opening for our customers. It's been thoroughly safety tested for use on all skin types and will not impact your experience.

Q: Can I use this in place of toner after cleansing?
A: While it is up to personal preference, our Universal Skin Solution can be used directly after cleansing to purify, clam and soothe skin prior to application of any additional serums or moisturizers. It can also be used in tandem with a toner.
