Update: the seller promptly reached out to me and apologized. They offered a full refund for the boots. I will up my rating for their customer service. - Money was refunded within a dayOriginal review;First of all, I don’t like to leave negative reviews, as I believe I should talk to the company first. However, through the app it was impossible to get in touch with Asgard as it put me in a loop and back to Amazon.So, I am hoping they will read this review and reach out to me to replace the boots.These boots are really comfortable, loved them, wore them every other day for 2 wks and then the thread on the side opened up and broke. See pics. Shouldn’t happen after a few weeks and hopefully this was just a lemon and the company will step up and send a replacement out. I can’t return them through Amazon as they of course have been worn.

    I live in the Pacific Northwest and I finally got these ankle boots, my first rainboots, at the age of 62!! I need them for taking out the trash and for going on walks.

    I got them in gray. My feet are 7.5 wide and I got the size 8 with confidence, and sure enough, they fit great and are very comfortable, more comfortable than I thought they would be!! They look pretty narrow, but there's not excessive room at the toe (there's a little extra, but not overly at all). Despite their narrow look, they fit so well that it's like they could be called "wide" shoes. I'm so happy with the way they fit!!!

    Now, I have my eyes set on the white!! They're so darned cute, too, not just as rainboots, but fashion boots, too!!! Get them!!

    I was looking for a basic, affordable set of winter boots that were easy to slip on and off for shoveling. These had great reviews, lots of fun color choices, and a good cost.

    Shipping was fast. Boots are of a one piece thick rubber, with a heat sealed sole. The insole is comfortable but not overly sculpted, arch support is not really included with the provided insole but the insole could be swapped if needed. The deep side cut is great for being able to slip the boots on, with a handy heel pull that is quite thick and hopefully will withstand the use. The elastic sides seem to be of a good quality and well attached. The foot beds are fairly narrow, I have a high instep and the boot didn’t rub in the top of my foot but also didn’t seem too sloppy roomy. The sizing is accurate but you may want to size up by a half size to allow for thicker socks as these boots are unlined. The sole has not appeared to be slippery at all on linoleum or concrete.

    These really fit the bill for what I needed. The Chelsea boot style is cute, and plastic is super easy to rinse off salt and winter gunk. I am hoping they will last and stay looking good and leak free.

    The insole could be more padded. I can really feel the "tactile domes" placed on curb cuts for the sight impaired. It doesn't bother me but I know it could be meaningful to others.     I bought these shoes because of the price, I wanted a stylish pair of Chelsea boots and loved the look of these. They are beautiful and a good quality, but they’re really super uncomfortable after walking a bit. I wore them for two days straight and walked (casually through the mall) about 1-3 miles total over the weekend and my feet were KILLING me. I had to buy $25 insoles to make them comfortable which of course makes the boots almost too tight.

    My other concern is that I didn’t take them out for any romp in the woods, just a casual mall walk, and they already have visible marks on the boots, so I’m sure hiking with them won’t be recommended. I don’t think I’ll use them for gardening, as they’re stylish and I don’t want to ruin them, but I’ll use them casually for a day out.

    Overall, for the price I think they’re decent enough, but after this I think I’ll invest in a higher quality, albeit higher priced, pair of boots from MerryPeople or something.

    These are my go to boots right now! I do a lot of work outdoors, and wanted something that would hold up in the wet and snowy weather.

    Not sure what to say really except it was very disappointing to wait for an imported item and then recieve the wrong size. Ordered size 41, they sent 42. Imported product and they sent it in a bag? No box. Read great reviews for this, so was really excited.
    Anyway, shoe itself is nice enough. The top part, ankle area, is not snug. Not sure if that's the size or the design of the shoe. It is kinda comfortable right off the bat, isn't really stiff like other shoes. Has a nice elengant outer finish. Heel isn't too high or short.

    Anyway, sorry for the biased ish review. Three stars took one off for sending wrong size and for not offering free exchange option. Wasn't able to wear it for long but I'd probably rate it a 4 out of 5 boot.

    Returning and hoping they don't charge me fees even though I did nothing wrong.

    Edit: I tried to return this and was never able to. I sorta gave up trying, busy with life things, and so I still have it with me. Hey, maybe my feet will grow a size
