Pork roll, egg and cheese is a New Jersey delicacy. It's salty, yummy and delicious. Because I grew up eating it, I was shocked when I moved away from home and learned that no one else has ever heard of it … not even in NYC! Usually, my dad would make them at home on weekends, but we'd also buy them at the Jersey Shore or any deli. They're usually greasy and wrapped in foil — the ideal hangover food!
