John Legend wins Emmy, achieves EGOT status

With an Emmy win on Sunday for his involvement in NBC’s “Jesus Christ Superstar,” musician John Legend achieved EGOT status, becoming one of the few people who have won an Emmy, Grammy, Oscar and Tony. Legend is the first African-American man to achieve the honor, TODAY’s Carson Daly reports.
