There's promising new research about a weight-loss plan that doesn't involve calorie counting, constant hunger or extreme effort. The 16:8 diet, or time-restricted feeding, is a type of fasting that helped obese people modestly lose weight and lower their blood pressure in a new study. Hunger didn’t seem to be an issue for the participants, who could eat anything they wanted, but only during a specific time window every day.
